Overview


TenshiPeak and its panel of mentors have made significant accomplishments in their own fields and decided to ‘give back to society’ and help build the next generation. These mentors provide one-on-one Pro-Bono (complimentary) mentoring sessions. In these sessions inputs/mentoring is provided to suit each individual’s peculiar situation. These individuals include faculty pursuing ‘tenureship’, postdoctoral, master students who are looking to make impact and take their research to commercialization as well as undergraduate & IB/ IGCSE / Advanced Placement (AP) students who are seeking help to choose the right education to build their sustainable career.



Principal Mentor

Uday is Mentor in Residence with The Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research and Technology (SMART) which is a major research enterprise established by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in partnership with the National Research Foundation of Singapore (NRF). He had been engaged with INSEAD in various capacities and had been the Mentor in Residence
with SMU. Uday has over 35 years of experience in Asia Pacific
(Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore), Middle East and Europe. His experiences encompass engagement with Private Equity, FMCG (Fast-moving consumer goods), Oil & Gas, Branded Retail / Fashion, Media Outdoor Advertising and Deep Tech / BioTech. He is an
active investor in early-stage technologies & startups and currently a co-founder of LambdaGen (A Disruptive
Genome Editing Platform Technology).

Dr. Lawrence (Larry) Sass is an associate professor in the Department of Architecture at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) whose research is focused on digital methods of building production. His research in architecture spans from scientific exploration in computation to building fabrication and design theory.
